Beautiful dress ; sizing was a miss
I love the dress. The details wais good all the frills were nice and it came with a faux leather belt and a leather waist band(?). The only downside side was that the dress was a bit long for 9-10size(which is the size I ordered). When my daughter (4'8”height) tried it it came all the way down to her ankle :(

Perfect
My about to be seven year old absolutely loved it. It was true to size and looks as the picture shows. It came with the high sock the gloves the earrings the cat ears and the dress. For the price it was a good buy.
