Ordering this from Walmart was a pain. They kept cancelling the order. It is also disgusting that 3rd party sellers are scalping the Walmart exclusive on the Walmart website. As far as the figure is concerned. It is an OK peice. I wish Gordon had different deco and the paint was closer to the comic that he came from.

Your preorder situations are horrible. They don't go live on time and then sell out in 3 minutes. Ridiculous

I ordered one version and they sent me one that was black and white. I tried to order three additional times, and each time they sold out. What's most frustrating is that the figures sell out within seconds of being listed by Walmart, then minutes later those same buyers relist the same figure on Walmarts site for double the price! And that's all before the figure is even released. I'd like to buy these for my son, but it's getting to be not worth it.

I can't give a better review because I haven't received it as promised. It's been delayed twice and I tried to use the chat and it said it couldn't help and referred me to a phone number.

Because for the second time in a row, you've canceled my order. You put it up for sale said it was available for purchase took my money gave me a delivery date then said it was delayed and then a few days later completely canceled. It's not a good way to run a business either you have for sale or you don't either you on the purchase or just never put it up This is the second time this has happened. You should've honored the purchase and pull that inventory from any store in the country or you should never have put it up for sale as available in inventory

I rated this a one-star because of the service not the product. The product is fine and great but Walmart has canceled my last five orders for similar product that they said was in stock and charged my credit card and then canceled all of my orders for the last 2 weeks. This is horrible customer service and makes me not want to order anything ever again from walmart.

Ordered the regular version %26 was sent the stupid all gray “chase” figure. Ordered a 2nd figure the next day in hopes of getting the regular version figure %26 that order was cancelled by Walmart.

Be warned, the item you see is not t he one they send. I ordered this thinking Gordon would be actually like you see (in color). But they sent it in all grey.

I ordered 1 product McFarlane Lt James Gordon Walmart exclusive, got cancelled 2 times already. Third time you said you got in stock again, I ordered with shipping fee %26 hope for better result. I got status shipped only later got called on the same day to ask for substitution. I said no substitution, no problem just cancelled it but you still sent it me anyway. I thought you found James Gordon but no, you still sent the substitution (Green Lantern).I had to return the substitution to the store but still got charged for shipping fee for your mistake,not cool at all

I still haven't received my items from this order, I've gotten a delayed notice, but haven't seen any update on the order history. I presume I will get an email tomorrow saying that Walmart canceled my order. At the time that I ordered the online inventory tracker said there were still 3 in stock, and I only ordered 2, so I don't understand the reason as to why my order is delayed.
