The shawl offers excellent heat settings that warm up quickly. Whether I'm lounging on the couch or working at my desk, it provides just the right amount of warmth without being too overwhelming. I like the fact it works with a battery or plug. I like the fact I can walk around the house with shawl plug in to a battery to keep me warm no matter where I am.

It's outstanding. I use it in the office and can type and do my job without it gettin in the way. My office is super cold all the time. This is perfect for those days. I use a large phone charger battery and it works great

its nice to wrap yourself in but the heating strips only cover a small area not the whole wrap. its ok but not worth the money.

I haven't used this because it's a gift but I'm not sure if I'm going to give it anyway. It looks like it was removed from its original package, rolled up and stuffed into a zipper bag. The instructions sheet was all crumpled up. I don't know if this was used or what but it looks terrible to present as a gift.

I purchased to use at a football game. I received it and plugged it up so it charge. After a few hours I unplugged it and tried to turn it on. Nothing. Plugged it back up , there was power. It only heats around the neck. You need a power bank if you're going to be out at a game or something. I will be returning it tomorrow!!
