Lucky Leaf Organic Fruit Filling Apple, 21.0 OZ

Love this brand and that I can get it in organic. Every piece of fruit is good every time. Never any bad or hard pieces. The flavor is great. We use it as a treat to eat alone heated up and served with cool whip or ice cream. We also use it to make “mock” apples pies by frying bread in butter and adding heated pie filling and powdered sugar.

Tastes very good. I used it to make apple turnovers and not only were the apples sweet enough, the texture was perfect. I prefer to cook it a little bit to make sure it's very soft before baking, add a little cinnamon, vanilla extract and nutmeg drizzled with a lot of butter before piling it onto to my pastry sheets

We love this pie filling! We usually make everything from scratch but nothing compares to this pie filling, we like to slice up a few fresh apple and add to the filling.

I like that it is organic and has more natural ingredients than conventional. The texture and flavor were what I expected from a canned apple filling.

I like apple pie. Always have. But most fillings are full of HFCS and other crud we shouldn't eat. I know what is in this. It's pretty clean. It is still sugar but every once and a while, you will be ok.

This seemed to have more sauce than the original/non-organic version of their apple pie filling. It also seemed sweeter.
