Lucky Seoul Daily Original Kimchi, 14 oz, Jar, Refrigerated

This stuff has made me a fan of Korean cuisine. It's spicy, but not too spicy, and the spiciness factor calms down after eating it a couple of times, then it's just delicious.

Not familiar with too many different types of kimchi but this is the best I've tried. I get it frequently now. Also, plastic containers much better than glass. Glass containers were always leaking

Not really a Kimchi person but it was suggested to eat to boost immune system; tried this and it was really good; just enough spice without being overpowering; I mixed it with apple pieces and loved it

I grabbed this jar to try kimchi for the first time since I have never tasted it before but had heard that it's quite healthy for you. Since I do like cabbage I thought I would give it a go and hope it wasn't too spicy. While it does have some spice to it, and a bit of vinegar undertones, the flavor you get at first is garlic, which isn't a problem for me, but, after eating it, something in the aged kimchi comes back in a unique and nasty form of bad breath and I can't tell what it is. So, while it's a unique condiment add, and may be healthy for me, that odd bit in there that I can't put my finger on makes this a no go for me on repurchasing. Still, it was worth the splurge just to satisfy my sense of curiosity.

If you've had really good kimchee this is disappointing. Not spicy and veg is mushy not crispy. I added chopped cucumber, cabbage, onion and some spice to make it edible.

This is delicious kimchi, and I eat a few jars a week but I'm rating it 1 star for the discrepancy in nutritional labels - online here, for example, it says one serving is 12% daily sodium. On the actual jar in my hand, it says it's 3% of daily sodium. which is correct? I am sensitive to sodium and thought I could pound a 4th of a jar w/o too much worry, as long as I watch the salt in meals. Turns out my serving is half a day's worth of sodium, according to the label online, not the one on the actual jar? Which is correct? And, what else is WRONG? Also, many of my jars leak, so be careful; open over sink as I've had a few fizz over upon initial opening, and this stuff will stain.

If I could give zero stars I would. I adore kimchi and even though this stuff isn't the best I've ever had, I buy it consistently. Kimchi is supposed to be JARRED and sealed tight, fresh, firm and crunchy! They switched to plastic!! FAIL!! THIS WAS FLACCID AND HORRIBLE - NO STARS

Chopped ie DICED/SLIVERED shredded yuck - in 68 years never had this in 41 years of eating kimchee. It is so very sad that suckway has a far superior brand - sad when suckway beats you.

gross save your money spend the extra money at a Asian specialty store for better quality taste so gross and processed unlike actual kimchi from your local Asian imported markets
