Awesome little gadget!!
Fantastic little gadget that takes the guess work out of the weight of your luggage at the airport or hotel!!! Small enough to take whenever I'm traveling! Wish I'd ordered this sooner!!!

Amazing!! Excellent product, very accurate and never had any discrepancy when we arrive to the airport with extra luggage. Its my second one in 6 years , good price and very reliable.

Good but lacked battery
It came without the battery that was supposed to be in the scale. If I would have received this too, I would have given it 5 stars. Once I purchased the battery myself and tried the scale, it worked like a charm.

II liked that its very lightweight and easy to use. What I didnI like is that when you press the on off switch it gets stuck and the battery is very hard to put in

Did not turn on. No response from support.
Didn't even turn on. I contacted the seller by email and once again 5 days later, and heard nothing back. It could've been something as simple as a dead battery (that comes with the scale), but I expect getting a product that works. I tried to give customer support a chance but they disappoint.
