Amazing ladder, its literally beautiful and super sturdy. buy buy buy it you will NOT regret it. im a bigger heavier set 280lbs and this ladder feels strong and safe, so glad I teusted this brand because I love it.

Sent a used unit, not new, missing crucial parts
They sent me a used unit and charged full retail for the used one. The box was taped like a mummy and parts were loose inside the box. There were also missing parts for the attachment of the bottom rails.
