The package had clearly been tampered with.
I've taken pictures of the magnesium capsules and the bottle ,but the package was clearly tampered with when it arrived. I know this wasn't the companies fault. But under the circumstances, I am weighing in on the safety side and won't be able to try them.

45 days worth of pills. Big pill but not too bad.
90 capsules included in the bottle with a 2 capsule per serving leaves you 45 servings. The pills are big but not unbearably big. They go down easily with water. These are helping me with stress and sleep.

The magnesium levels could be higher. But still a great price and good for your healthy as most people dont get enough magnesium.
