I decided to try this product based on its known properties as a flavonoid to fight off bacteria and viruses. I have not had a cold virus in almost 4 years until recently and wanted to try anything that might be protective against a virus. Fearful of getting the dreaded CoV I found a protocol that included using 500 mg of Quercetin. I located the best one, LUMA Nutrition and thought I'd give it a try. I never take antibiotics for cold virus but for the first time I decided to follow the Functional Medicine protocol for prevention and it seems to be working. I think the combination of both antibiotic and Quercetin has helped to reduce the severity of my cold duration and intensity.

I had lung cancer in 2020 and they removed my right lung. I read about this supplement from LumaNutrition and hoping it keeps my left lung healthy. I like the ease of ordering from LumaNutrition and the reminder of my next shipment, in case something changes.

I first had liver problem back in the mid 90s, that I thought had been healed. In 2018, I experienced the same liver problems, severe pain, yellow skin and other symptoms. 2019, 2020 were wasnt too bad. Approx 3 days into using Quercetin, that horrible liver pain returned, and I had to stop Quercetin. It saddens me that I'll never know the benefits of Quercetin. My reason for taking Quercetin was in the hope of preventing and neutralizing Spike Protein shedding from vaccinated family and friends. I have to be super cautious about everything I consume and what supplements I take. I'm drinking St. John's Wort (seems to be ok, no pain), and drinking Pine Needle tea. I have Pulmonary Fibrosis and Type II Diabetes. I am 78. I use Quercetin with Bromelain, Zinc, Vit D3 & C for all viruses, incl CV19. I eat a good diet my wife oversees and take my meds for my two ailments. I go out and use a face mask only when required (I live in Wyoming!). I go to church. Three times a week I go to the Hospital for Pulmonary Rehabilitation. I play cards with others. I visit my sons and family. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH CV19 OR ANOTHER VIRUS IN 1 1/2 YEARS.

I take quercetin as part of my wellness, covid prevention program. I order from Luma Nutrition as they have a great product, are affordable and I receive my order promptly. I use several of Luma Nutrition's vitamins and minerals and feel they produce a quality product.

Wouldlike to return product

As soon as I received my Quercetin at the post office, someone mentioned they didn't pays much as we did for our Lumnutrition Quercetin. I went back to investigate some different brands, & I was charged higher price for for lower amount of capsules & lower amount of mg. servings for my money. I am not happy that I was charged way over the amount than other brands. Not a satisfied customer.
