LUNA Bar - Lemon Zest 1.69oz Bar

We have recently only been able to find these Luna bars sold in stores, individually. We had always purchased the largest box we could find, so having the opportunity to purchase a large box online was great!

The flavor of these bars are too good, too difficult to control myself to not eat them all at once. I definitely recommend them, but beware you may find yourself eating more than one or two, maybe three.

This has a nice subtle amount of lemon flavoring; not too much, not too little, just right.

Great flavor, great texture and consistency. Nice way to start the day or for an afternoon snack.

The flavors blend together creating a pleasant taste sensation.

I bought a lot of these to help last a while. I bought ZBar, Clif thins, Energy bars, protein bars, all the flavor of Luna, and the mini bars. I have7 people eating these so they go quickly. If yo haven't tried them, do soon. Kids and adults love them!!

We have been eating the lemon Luna bars for a long time and they are hard to find in the store. I found that buying directly from Clif works better for me. And they add a sample bar of a different Clif bar in each shipment. I received the Mash-up Lemon Cocunut and it was delicious like a lemon bar, so I went online to the Clif website and ordered a couple of boxes of those bars.

I first encountered LUNA bars at a 'Celebrate Womanhood' festival in 1985. I prefer the texture and flavor of the LUNA bar version of ClifBars (and over other brands I've tried). I take them when traveling internationally as a 'comfort food' snack when my taste buds become overwhelmed by unusual foods and spices, I keep some at work for those busy-busy days when I need an extra boost of energy due to a delayed lunch break, I tuck one in my backpack when hiking here in Colorado, I grab one on a day off 'just because'...etc. etc. The LEMON ZEST flavor is my #1 choice, and can be hard to find in my local grocery store; I know I can always find it on the ClifBar website when necessary, as I always want a spare box/15 bars in my pantry - no running out of Lemon Zest in MY home. :-)

Saw these advertised but could never find them in a store so ordered them online and am glad I did. These are a favorite treat for mid-morning - between breakfast and lunch. They have a light natural lemon flavor - nothing over powering or artificial tasting. The taste actually reminds me of lemon meringue pies my Mom used to make. But these are better because they don't use eggs. I actually turn them upside down to eat making the crunch part my "crust". Would have given them 5 stars if they had a little (vanilla?) swirl on top. Very satisfying and not heavy on your stomach.

Nice Lemony taste I like this bar, but like lemon blueberry more
