Excellent piece! We are very happy with it's softness %26 appearance. We would buy another one of these if we had room!

Bracket design error.
The brass colored brackets on the side of the couch and on the inside of the arms come shipped upside down. They even show them this way in the instructions. When assembling, the seat should slide down into the brackets on the arms. My husband had to put the brackets upside down to set the seat brackets down into the arms' brackets. With the way it ships, the brackets arms slide into the sides of the seat brackets. This is counterintuitive to gravity and someone sitting in the assembled seat. Since changing the brackets to upside down from the shipped product, the sofa bed is great. Before adjusting the brackets, the seat would slip out of the arm brackets upon sitting down. I imagine some customers returned the product because of this issue. I hope this helps customers and Dinosisco have more successful transactions and end product satisfaction. Thank you.
