The fabric was hard to get over the chair, and it isn't soft! It feels like old Sherpa after it's been washed a hundred times. Its spun function is slow, it's hard to get it to spin. It is a good size I returned mine

I like the look of the chair. The main thing I dislike is the back of the chair. It is way too short. I am only five feet tall and I thought the short back would be OK. WRONG! The pillows are nice and very comfortable. The swivel works good. Then as usual with anything that is self assembly, it has the worst instructions. However, I persevered and managed to figure out how to assemble the chair. I am enjoying it to use as a retreat to my bed room.

Overall the build quality was pretty solid. Up until the final step of securing the moving base to the chair itself. The bolts did not stick out long enough to be able to be secured. Not sure if there was meant to be a cutout on the wood to allow that or what, but I wasnt able to secure the base.

its was quit small, thought ut woukd be bigger. its more for likeca little kid not an adult. looks nice and has nice fabric

Chair isn't oversized, kinda small and child sized. I wanted something bigger. Cute chair just not big enough. I wanted something I can lay down and maybe fall asleep on but it's too small and I'm 5'3

Complete SCAM from his 3rd party seller. I have been waiting for 3 days for an update on delivery which was located 30 minutes away. "on the way at 11:00AM and later in the day "on the way at 11PM, next day...on the way at 11:00AM and later that day "on the way at 11PM, literally, on the 3rd day an update said this..."on the way at 11:00AM and later in the day "on the way at 11PM". I contacted Walmart AND fedex who both said different things on delivery stating they were in contact with each other re delivery. The CS person I spoke with took it upon herself to cancel my order without addressing any of my questions. again..total SCAM. I am sure it will take 3 months to get refund, after submitting a claim through my bank. DO NOT order from this seller.

Terrible chair. The instructions have no words only pictures and the parts did not fit for the chair. Complete waste of money. It was a pain to send it back. Do not purchase zero out of 10 do not recommend.

This chair is junk! Missing parts on top of pieces that don't attach together properly. Now I'm stuck bringing a large, junky chair back to the store to get a refund. Beware of this product!
