I was disappointed with this sofa. It was much harder to assemble than expected, and the instructions weren't very helpful. The backrest is uncomfortable and doesn't provide good support for sitting for long periods. Also, the back of the sofa has an exposed metal bar that looks cheap and unattractive, making it unsuitable to place anywhere except against a wall. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

I’m so disappointed in this product. It looked NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE ON LINE. I’m STILL WAITING ON A RESPONSE ABOUT A REFUND. It looked like something I could have built myself. It’s supposed to be black but it doesn’t look like it and it’s so super frail. Simply POOR QUALITY!!!!!

The only reason I gave this item 2 stars is because it's very cute. Honestly it looks adorable and fits perfectly in the small space that I bought it for. BUT, it is not hard and not comfortable. It's more like a piece of staging furniture. I've had it just under a year and the USB input is glitchy and the type C input died within the first 4 months. Also, the mechanism that controls the three-level adjustable backrest broke on the right side of the couch. So now the backrest on the right side of the couch slumps backward and you can only lean back on the left side of the couch. ALSO, the manufacturer is CRAP. They're phone number for customer service that I got from Walmart was literally 212-555-1234!!! That is a freaking phone number created for movies and tv. Also, they only back their products with a manufacture's warrantee for ONE MONTH! That says a lot. Thank goodness I bought the Protection plan through Walmart.

It is the worst purchase I have ever made from Walmart. The quality is like something from Temu. First time I sat on it I fell to the floor right through the thing. I'm 69 and can't risk that. I don't know how to get rid of it but I don't want it and don't know how to get rid of it and I don't want to pay for this.

This is a pretty sofa. It took us two days to get it put together. The screws and washers were all in the same sack with 12 washers missing. Sadly, I have wished I never got it.

Sofa arrived with parts that didn't belong together. If the sofa is level, the box that holds the cushions aren't. If the box is level, the sofa isn't. It's a piece of junk and Walmart or the manufacturer are doing anything about it.

Assembly was one of the most difficult one for this couch out of all other couches I had so far. Also, the color in photos looks a bit on a darker side of green but actually is very light greenish color. The back rest pillows didn’t inflate properly even after leaving them for recommended 72 hrs. Won’t recommend this couch.
