This chair is smaller , however is it perfect for my youngest daughter who is short. There was not a big space in her room and she needed a chair with movement. This one worked perfect. The fabric is soft however wish it could have been in a different color to have a pop to it. Have had it for a couple of months now and it is working great

This chair is very nice for the price and fits well in a small baby room for our granddaughter. It was not difficult to assemble and functions well. The only problem we had with the chair is that we ordered beige and the chair has a noticeable pink tint to it. We contacted that manufacturer and was given the opportunity to return or accept a credit for the color condition. My husband did not want to reassemble and return, so we chose the credit and changed the decor in the room somewhat to accommodate the chair. I wished I would've ordered white but overall is a good buy for the money.

Absolutely stunning chair! Got this for my nursery and I love the color and the softness of it. The only bad thing I have to say is the back of the chair doesn't actually click in fully on the chair so you can easily pull it off and that kinda sucks but other then that I love it!!

We've only had the chair a couple of months. It was perfect for the month of January and February then out of nowhere the chair starts to squeak like crazy . Unfortunately, you cannot put WD-40 because of where the squeak is coming from other than that the chair was good

It's a pretty chair, but it is not comfortable. It feels like it sits a little too high, and armrests are too low. It would be better if it reclined. I had to purchase a second glider that was very comfortable, and I hardly use this one.

Was advertise as a recliner when I bought it. Not a recliner. Only buy if intended for child/pre teen. Too small for anyone older. Walmart gave me full refund due to the false advertising. Sellers were rude and assumed I put it together wrong. Walmart made them change the description of chair

Do not buy from this seller. I did. I don’t like the chair and now it is a HUGE HASSLE to return it and get a FULL refund. They try to get you to offer it to friends or neighbors then offer a $40 refund. They are trying everything to not let me return for a FULL REFUND. Don’t buy this chair!

BUYER Beware! This chair is horrible and I AM NOT hard to please. I bought it knowing it was a lower end but did not expect it to be rock hard NOT TO MENTION flips you on your head when you rock in it. CANNOT get seller to respond to repeated request to return.

This product was not to my liking. It was stiff and was not soft at all. That wasn't that much of a problem because I though I ould just return it. However, when I got a hold of the company to return the item they stated that they had acquired a quotation of the return cost from the carrier, and it's about $153 for this item. I was not happy with the situation because that is a very high amount to pay to return something. I got in contact with Walmart and they sent over my concerns to the company. The company said that they would go ahead and accept the return. I would just need to send pictures of the chair in the box and pictures of the box taped up. I had no problem with this and went ahead and took the pictures and taped up the box. After I sent the pictures over they asked me to retape the box because they said that it wasn't closed properly ( I taped it the same way as I had received) and sent the pictures to them again. I received an email stating" First, you can contact UPS or FedEx to request a return label, but they will charge you. Second, we can provide you with a prepaid label. However, the warehouse is currently in the process of being relocated due to a long period of theft at the original warehouse. I will send you a prepaid label when the handover to the new warehouse is finished. It takes about one or two weeks". This brought red flags for me because I had been doing more research on this product and I found a comment someone had made on this exact same chair. That the company basically made it difficult to return the product so that it would pass the time for the return to be available. I also saw another comment on here that they never received there money back. I've gotten in contact with Walmart and I am trying to resolve this issue so I can give the chair back and get my full refund back. I have never left a bad review on a product but I am so unhappy with the way thst this is being handled. I would recommend you avoid buying this chair at all costs because if you want to return it and get your money back it seems like they'll do all they can to not give it too you.

Never received the chair and is having difficulty getting a refund. I am very disappointed in the customer service I have received. I don't understand how Walmart does not have a customer service representative in the United States that we can contact about this situation.
