Lunazul 80 Proof Tequila Reposado, 1 L 40% ABV

I've been looking for a sipping tequila that is as good or better than my go to gold standard, Casamigos. Lunazul Reposado has finally filled that niche for me! Every time I pour a glass I marvel at how good it is and at a friendlier price point than the Casamigos. It's my house Tequila now.

I loveeeee Lunazul. That's just that, but currently it's 4:32 am and I'm lying in bed with a cut thumb because the packaging on my bottle cut my thumb :( (the ring attached to the top to be specific, and I took a picture so you guys can see) can you guys do me a favor and revamp the shot bottles? This never happened when the shots were in the glass bottles. I'll be using this shot to numb the pain for the night!

Okay so I have had my fair share of tequilas. From bottom shelf to super top shelf. Lunazul Tequila Reposado I'd say is right in the middle. But I will tell you if you go to a bar and as for this they won't have it. This is liquor/convenient store purchase. When I tell you I don't wake up all hungover, I don't! When I tell you it goes down soo smoothly even with water as a chaser! Sure add a juice for a chaser but water works just fine. It's that smooth!! The price for a pint or fifth. Heck even a liter is $2 more than a fifth. IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY! Don't waste your time trying to buy the super top shelf brands. Luna is the way to go! Can we get a #Luna. For the past couple of years, Lunazul reposado has been my go-to tequila. It's in the sweet spot of affordable, yet surprisingly tasty; I use it for margs as well as the occasional sipping shot. HOWEVER... a month or so back, I bought my usual 1.75L bottle and discovered a truly nasty taste. I have no idea what happened, but I finally googled the issue and found others were discovering the same problem around that time. It would be good to see some sort of acknowledgement (and action) on the part of the company -- since right now, I would be afraid to purchase any more of this product. I would love to click "yes, I would recommend this" in the future, but I can't at this time.

Bought a 750ml Lunazul Reposado on Friday April 24 2026 I have been a loyal fan of Lunazul for 5-8 years with all your brands. Resosado is my go to for margaritas & on the rocks. Anyways this last bottle was the WORST! that I have ever had. It is hard to disscribe the taste or smell. I thought it was me so I have bottle of Patron Azul & poured a taste & it tasted just fine. I drank some water & poured a taste of Lunazul again & WOW! it was still bad tasting & maybe worst. What has happened? & is this the norm now? if so it is back to Alto's.

This is my go to brand for the last five years. I purchased a bottle last week poured my usual drink and the taste was WAY off. At first I thought it may be the mixer but alas not the case. We happened to have two bottles and did a taste test. Please advise how the company can address this issue.

I bought a bottle of Lunazul Reposado right before a snowstorm, and I was honestly shocked by how bad it tasted — especially because this is a tequila I buy all the time. I tried it straight first and thought maybe something was wrong with me. Then I mixed it into a margarita and the taste was still unbearable. I even had a friend taste it to confirm, and they agreed something was seriously off. Very harsh, unpleasant flavor both neat and mixed. This bottle did not taste like what I'm used to at all. Disappointed and won't be repurchasing unless this was a bad batch.

Luna Azul in my opinion for years has been the best tequila on the market. Regardless of the price point. But a couple months ago I bought a bottle of Blanco and it was awful. Not sure what's going on but I had to switch. Hopefully it was just a bad batch but I won't go back until the company acknowledges what happened.

I have a consumer of this Reposado for many years. The last bottle that I openned tasted terrible. It was bitter abd raspy. Like we said it tasted like aguaraz. Not good! What happened to the Lunazul quality?

Soap? Cleaner? Chemical? This latest bottle isn't like the others. This used to be great. The bottle I just bought is awful
