Love these as a bread replacement. I top like open face sammiches, stands up to my avocado egg salad, or fried eggs, slather it with sunbutter and jam. Love ultra thin and not falling apart!
I usually don’t take time to leave reviews but I absolutely have to for this product. I was looking for a healthier snack than chips and something that would give me a crunch other than raw veggies. I researched low fat and low sodium, because both of those things are important to me health-wise now that I’m in my 40s, and found these. I am sooooo glad I did! They are absolutely delicious and I not only enjoy them as a snack (guilt free might I add bc no fat, low sodium, and very low calorie) but I also use them instead of bread or crackers, and top them with turkey meat and olive oil based mayonnaise. Will be ordering more soon!
Not a fan of rice cakes but these changed my m ind. Organic, low salt and not chalky. Use these to make a quick snack almost everyday with Home made Mayo, Roasted Turkey, cheese, pickled onion and lettuce or spinach. Tasty snack, low fat and fills you up. Thin and crispy and pretty much hold their shape. You wont be disappointed. Next order will have MORE boxes!
These rice cakes are perfect for almost anything. I use them mostly for chicken/ egg salad or peanut butter. They're thin and easy to use when spreading things in them. I also eat them plain as a snack because they have great flavor and are not too salty.
I keep these out on my counter for a quick snack. Being new to avoiding gluten is not easy, but these are great! I love they are thinner than traditional rice cakes. Very tasty and pleasant to eat!
These are crispy and yummy -my husband noshes on them! BUT they are a little saltier than your average rice cake, so if you need to control your salt intake, these aren’t for you.
these taste is significantly better than I thought. I got them as a snack for a toddler. it's even better that they are so thin so they're easier to eat especially with some peanut butter on top
These are a great gluten-free and grain-free option. Perfect for a snack on its own or to use as a base for an "open-face" type sandwich. I prefer the thin vs the traditional more thick rice cakes. Enjoy!
When you consider these are simply brown rice that has been puffed, the price is a hard pill to swallow. And the many crumbs in the bottom are admittedly discouraging. However, they are delicious. Perfect for a snack, be it with peanut butter, banana, and a sprinkling of shredded coconut; cream cheese and strawberries; or a mere slice of cheese. Whatever topping, you're good to go with a satisfying crunch. And the angled shape is somehow more pleasing than the usual circle-shape you typically find them in. Bonus points for being organic.
These rice cakes are very crunchy and because they're thin pressed, there are A LOT of rice hulls that feel like corn kernels and can get stuck in your teeth or bother your stomach if you're like me and can't have things like that. The texture and thinness are great but the rice hulls/kernels are way too hard and this is not a traditional rice cake in any sense of the word. If you like the “popcorners” sort of texture, you'll love these! If you can't or don't, you probably won't.
