I recently moved to Denver from Arizona and the elevation has been super hard on me! When i run it takes a huge toll on my lungs and i decided to take this right after my run and felt relief within 20 minutes rather than it taking me 2 hours to start breathing normally again!

When I take this Lung Capaci-T - I have deep lung Capaci-T. I have allergy induced asthma. This product helps me to breath easier and clearer without wheezing! I know it is not advised - and I am not advising this - however, when I take this product, I do not use my inhaler. (of course I would if i felt really bad - lol - again don't do as I do - do what you need to) Anywho - I just feel so incredible when I am taking it. I ran out recently and really felt the difference. That won't happen again. I recommend for anyone who suffers from breathing issues - it will HELP. Breathing is a beautiful thing. I have been looking for an alternative that would help me not have a need for taking an inhaler so often. This has been the gem I was looking for. I keep an inhaler around just in case but haven't used it since my first bottle of Lung Capaci-T arrived. Icing on the cake is the customer service. I bought this for my 12 year old asthmatic child who has stuff in his lungs every day. He's on very expensive inhalers with steroids that help a little. I bough him this and within 2 days he is commenting on how well he can breathe. He sounds amazing and I'm so happy that I tried this!

I recently trained for an entrance exam physical. The running was my greatest concern, as I usually do not breath well during cardio. I trained regularly, and worked hard on my breathing cadence.
