When i browsed online, I figured that this bed was very affordable as i do not have anything to sleep on. The day before my item was supposed to arrived ,I received a message stating that it was delivered,but I never received the item at all and I was at home all day. I never heard a knock or anything,yet the message stated that it would be delivered to my doorstep. I waited another day(the initial day of delivery) , and the item still did not show up. I decided to contact walmart.com and speak with the chat. The first agent I spoken with (in which i took screenshots of our convo) was very helpful.He even offered me a refund but i stated that I really needed a bed so i contacted the seller and advised him that I will wait. Well on today,My babies and I still woke up on the floor and I changed my mind about it all. I contacted walmart.com/chat again and they kept routing me to different agents and advising me to wait for the seller, in which i do not wamt to wait anymore. I am dealing with a mental and physical disability and i am a frequent shopper so if the other agent on yesterday was so eager to assist me, why did I have such a hard time. Angel was the last agent that i spoken with on chat. I thoroughly explained that I literally did not want to in fact wait ANOTHER 12 Hours for the seller to contact me and i changed my mind,as i am a loyal customer. I alrwady had problems amd issues with being harassed in the store near where I stay so now its now reverted to chat? I just wanted my refund so I can go elsewhere since today it is such a hassle speaking with chat today. I dont know, maybe they took their frustrations out on me,instead of just returning my money because as stated I changed my. mind. it is already difficult and she kept referring me to contact corporate. Surprised,they dont answer either. I had an issue with moldy bread that I have eaten with pictures as well. Customer Service had attitude and did not want to refund my additional 1.47 ,which is obsurd so i am sure anyone who has lasted this long to read my complaint is already frustrated as well. I just simply want my refund so I can purchase a bed elsewhere..I AM SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR WITH MY BABIES!

I purchased this daybed comforter . There is a noticeable brown stain on it. Very disappointed. Why would you sell a product in such condition! You had to see it when packing the item!
