Very Pretty

Never showed up!
I have no idea how this product is because I ordered it, paid it and wait for it for 12 days with no updated information other than "it's on its way"... But never showed up. This was supposed to be a Christmas Gift for our granddaughter. Too bad you guys help up customers with wrong information like "delayed but on it's way" while FedEx have no idea where it is just like you guys. We canceled the orderer a refund which will go to our account in the next 10 days your support team said! Wow! Really??? While I was buying it nobody from WM told me "don't worry just pay within the next 10 days"... Right?
