fabulous
I thought this relaxer was great. It was a combination of a relaxer and it died my hair all at the same time. Leaving my hair silky and manageable. I love it.

GOOD, BUT BETTER PRICE AT A BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE.
I'VE BEEN USING THIS FOR YEARS AND LIKE THE FACT I CAN COLOR AND RELAX MY HAIR AT THE SAME TIME. I USE THE COLOR SERUM WITH ANOTHER RELAXER AS THE ONE THAT COMES WITH THIS IS WAY TOO STRONG FOR MY HAIR. THE COLOR COMES OUT JUST RIGHT AND THE SCENT IS NEUTRAL. I LIKE THE ONE STEP PROCESS SO IT DOESN'T TAKE ALL DAY JUST TO HAVE COLOR. ANYWAY, THE SERUM ITSELF IS 5 STAR , BUT THE RELAXER IS A 3. I'VE USED RELAXERS WITH BETTER COMFORT ON THE SCALP THAN THIS ONE. IT'S STILL WORTH IT TO ME WHEN YOU COMPARE WHAT IT COSTS FOR HAIR COLOR. I HAVE HIGH POROSITY HAIR SO IT WORKS FOR ME EVEN ON MY NEW GROWTH WHICH IS 100% GRAY. I'VE SEEN DIFFERENT RESULTS ON OTHER PEOPLE USING THE SAME PRODUCT.

Poor
I didn't like this product, because it didn't deliver what it claimed to, I followed the instructions and the color did not cover any of my gray areas. And the perm didn't take very good either. I will never buy this product again and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.
