Easy to use.
Love using this product, have used it for a few years. Never disappointed with results. I love it because it makes combing my medium length easier to comb.

Works really well!
It did not overprocess my curls. It left my hair very moisturized and soft. It was also very convenient since there was no activator needed to mix in. I will definitely use this again.

I will not purchase again and as of today.
The container was only half full which meant I could not use it without purchasing another kit. I was supposed to receive a refund from Jet within 2-5 business days and eight business days later I still have not received it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This is a perm!
OMG, I chopped off my thick, healthy long 'past my shoulder length' permed hair 3 and a 1/2 years ago so I can regrow my hair 100% natural. for that entire time I kept my hair in braids because my natural hair texture is really really thick and hard to manage. My here is back to shoulder length now and I decided to try this texturizer because it claims to retain your natural texture but with a softer looser curl pattern. Lies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First of all it took two boxes to do my hair and it completely straightened my hair. In addition, it advises that you shouldn't keep it on your hair for longer than 20 minutes and I only had it on my hair for 15 minutes! I should have just left my hair alone three and a half years ago because now it would have been down to my waist and permed right now! I would not recommend that anyone uses this product if you want to keep your hair natural.

Dry and frizzy.
This is didn't do what it was suppose to do, rather it made the hair so dry and frizzy. Will never buy again. I had to return 2 other packs i purchased.
