Worked great on my LED fixture, ordering more.

After 25 years using this dimmer I had to replace it since the plastic brocke. I found the exact same dimmer switch at Walmart and it works great. Price and delivery were good.

It comes with a QR code for installation instructions and all the accessories required for a smooth installation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old dimmer dial switch recent broke so it was the perfect time to test out this new Diva LED+ switch! It was very easy to install. We also replaced the rocker switch next to it at the same time. I really like how the dimmer switch has a slider now instead of a dial. That's one less part to break when turning it on/off. It looks great in our family room and so much more up to date. It's time to update all of our old 90's summer switches to these new style dimmer switches by Lutron!

The dimming is smooth and works great with our dimmable lights. The pedal switch feels solid in the slider makes it easy to adjust brightness. purchased 12 but one did not work

Works well, but there are no instructions in the box. You have to go online to read how to press and hold the button and the number of flashes means different things. I mean how much can it cost to include the instructions.

It included the faceplate, nuts, and mounting screws. The dimmer works very well and looks very nice. I do wish the slider was a tad bigger, but it blends nicely with the adjacent switch.
