Lutron Maestro Sensor switch, 2A, No Neutral Required, Single-Pole, MS-OPS2-AL, Almond

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This motion sensor was actually pretty easy to install which surprised me. It works well and has been super convenient. I use it in my bedroom and I love that the lights come right on now when I walk in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the motion sensor on this, it’s not too sensitive and was also very easy to install. It sits flush to the wall so it doesn’t stick out and look odd. The light on this is also nice as it’s not too bright.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lutron Maestro Motion Sensor Light Switch is perfect for use in our powder room. Installation and setup took less than five minutes. I just had to disconnect the two black wires and ground from the old switch and connect them to the new switch. The default settings on the sensor switch are exactly how I plan to use the device. If I need to change the settings, the instructions are clearly provided online. The light turns on as soon as I enter the powder room and remain remains on. The light turns off one minute after leaving the powder room. I haven’t had any issues with the motion sensor sensitivity setting on high. I like that the light can be turned on/off manually on the switch just in case that is ever needed. The switch has a contemporary look and the standard modern face plate covers the switch neatly. I definitely recommend this product for any room where you don’t want to have to touch the switch to control a light turning on and off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once installed, there are several settings you can choose from which are explained thoroughly in the video. One setting is for manual on/off , one isn for occupancy mode which turns light on when motion is detected and off when no motions is detected for a give time (can also be set to stay off if light is detected) . And the last mode is vacancy mode in which you turn the light on manually and it turn off when no motion is detected for a given time. You can also set the duration that no motion is detected before switch turns off: 1 minute- 5 minutes - 15 minutes-30 minutes . Amazing product. Highly recommend 👍🏻

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lutron Maestro Sensor with Switch is my first experience in home with something that is activated by motion. I like it more than I thought I would. It’s funny because when you walk in a room, you are used to your muscle memory, quickly flipping up a switch for power. You’ll still try to do it but you will also catch on quickly, because it’s so convenient. This works with all bulb types and there is an adjustable time out. This means if you are walking in and out of a room all day, you can adjust to stay on longer without needing continual motion. Otherwise, if you’re moving around in the room, it just stays on. Maestro can cover 900 sq ft with a 180 degree field of view. It’s pretty cool. The switch is smooth and easy to clean and power on. The directions are clear and come with everything you need for wall installation besides the cover plate. You simply connect the corresponding wires. You see these in bathrooms in doctor offices and hospitals all the time because they are much more sanitary than flipping a switch. I think it’s good practice at home too. Would love them in every room.

It works perfectly and turns right on when I enter the room and shuts off when I leave. This should help my electric bill as well but even more so I love the convenience!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lutron Maestro Motion Sensor Switch is nice. It is really handy for a room that you always turn the light on. It comes with wire nuts and screws, but you will need a plate cover for it. It was easy to install.
