Run small
The title says "pants" but the description says "leggings." I've ordered these twice in two different sizes. My daughter has a tiny waist. I would recommend sizing up as leggings are much more snug than pants. The quality is nice and they truly are adorable!

Runs a little long, but waist fits fine. Elastic band is thick and could be uncomfortable if your toddler is not average to smaller size.
