Runner
It was very thin and hard to straighten out after being shipped rolled up in a box. Had to buy some rug tape to get it to lay flat.

Had to get a carpet comb. The middle was mostly grey with no color. Didn't flow well but feels nice.

Pretty carpet packaged badly
Love the carpet after I cleaned it. I got dirty just carrying it in the house. Absolutely filthy plastic wrapping. Dirt inside all over the back of the carpet. Had to sweep the floor three times as I unwrapped it. Had to vacuum the backside of the carpet before I could put it down. The last picture was the first pile of dirt from unwrapping it. There were two more piles of dirt after that one.

Nice colors but not flat
The rug backing is very stiff. The rug doesn't want to lie flat after two weeks unrolled and on top of a high end rug mat. Kind of a trip hazard. If i5 ever flattens out I'd give another star on each category.

Doesn't match the picture well
It looks like there's much more blue in the picture than there is in person and so I'm a little disappointed in it. Other than that it's fine - but I'll have to replace it with something that fits better with my decor. the qulity is fine - the color is off.

looks like big stain
the rug looks exactly like in the picture with the large gray spot in the middle which appears to be a stain to me. I have requested a refund and return and have not received anything back from the company for 5 days.

Over powering odor
The rug looks good but there is an over-powering odor and regardless of what we tried to combat it, we could not get it to go away. The rug was made in Turkey. We have returned it and will not purchase from the seller again.
