The fact that i started to use it and the buttons stopped working the way the should and be working and it was no longer doing the actions I would ask for it to do

Complete, total crap
To say these are crap would be insulting to crap. Read the description carefully! These are rebuilt (HA!) controllers that hardly work, NOT new ones. Again, READ the description carefully! I made the mistake, avoid doing it yourself!
