GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY
Bulbs are a good value for the money. Easily installed. These are for my kitchen where I require a lot of light and these fit the bill.

Outstanding care taken for shipping
I ordered these online and they were sent to my location. They did an outstanding job protecting these delicate fluorescent light bulbs and they were in perfect condition when they arrived. They also arrived a couple of days ahead of schedule. We always love that.

the bulbs were the wrong size (my fault). when I tried to refund them by phone I was told there was no refund on them. i asked to speak to someone but it didn't go through

the bulbs was defective and did not work.
I purchased 12 Luxrite F32T8 850 fluorescent tubes (32W, 48 inches). Although I received all 12 bulbs, I found that one of them was defective and would not light up when installed. I am very disappointed, as I expected all bulbs to be in working condition. I would appreciate a replacement for the defective bulb. Thank you for your assistance.
