Delivery was on time. Product was just as it was described. The shower hose replaced a rigid plastic one that did not work well. This hose is a nice flexible stainless steel one and is extra long ( 78 inches ) which allows my wife to wash her hair without having to take a shower and also helps when cleaning the bathtub . It fulfills the purpose for which we bought it. I would recommend this product

I really am impressed with this 6ft shower hose. my older one was 4 ft and too short for showering my dogs. But the other reason I like it is that it lets me reach all around my big walk-in shower to clean. I have one of those fit over type showers with areas tucked under near the shower floor, as well as other areas soap can accumulate and mold can grow because those areas are very difficult to examine and impossible to hose down with just a 4ft hose. I can reach around my entire shower and those areas I can't see under and use the showerhead set to high pulse and do an excellent job of rinsing after each shower. I was surprised to find black mold growing in those areas and the manufacturer leaves that cleaning necessity out of it's information. My shower is now unable to hide sneaky things like mold now that I can easily reach do much farther. I was concerned if the 6ft would be long enough, but it's perfect. it's very nice looking, very flexible, so much nicer than the plastic one that twisted too much. seems like very high quality.

I bought this before in 2021 and liked it. But this one has a stinky plasticky leech smell that hasn't gone away in months. Gonna guess not safe to use in a shower where your more vulnerable membranes will be absorbing the plastic toxins.

Right out of the package the connector that attaches to the handheld was very hard to screw on, required a wrench and even then it still leaked some. Then just 5 weeks later the stainless steel hose broke off the handheld. This is the kind of cheap sloppy quality you typically see come out of China.
