Haven't used it yet but it seems to be good for outside use or in garages so pets don't get in it like they would with the sticky traps or plastic traps

It was very inexpensive. I caught a chipmunk within 2 days of setting it up. There were no directions how to set it up, but it was fairly simple to figure it out.

I was very pleased with the product. Well built and stronger than I expected. Caught 2 rats with peanut butter bait with in 2 days of setting up traps. Will buy more in the future. G sparks

Trap works great. Caught the little pest chipmunk and relocated him!

This trap worked wonderfully. Cat keeps dragging in chipmunks. This simple trap baited with a small piece of break smeared with peanut butter did the trick. Had the trap about a week now and have managed to catch 3 munks. I would recommend this trap for small creatures.

good product i live in the city set them out in the back yard place bait in both trap I caught 2 Norwegian rats in each trap Strong traps the only downfall you should have had instructions I had to go back to the actual page on the Walmart site to configure it how it went togethe overall product is very good

This cage is very well made but is not big enough for anything but mice and maybe rats, despite advertising it is for larger animals. It does appear to be a way to catch mice and rats in a humane way. It was too small for my needs so returned it and ordered a bigger size. Return was easy.

Works OK, no different than other similar traps. I was looking for one with a solid metal door though (like the picture) and this had mesh just like the sides. Means it will be OK for the first couple of rodents, but then they'll chew through and I'll need to buy another -- won't be this brand.

Light duty but very effective and inexpensive trap for chipmonks (3 or 4) and mice (about 8) SO FAR. I've now driven a fair few miles for my "rodent relocation" program. I've also caught two squirrels unfortunately, which tend to beat up the trigger mechanism a bit. I don't relocate the squirrels but just open the door and let them rocket away. I will straighten out the trigger bits again, but also buy a 2nd knowing this can't last forever. I rinse with ammonia and dish soap between captures to eliminate the smell of stressed animals (I assume that exists). I bait with almond halves and stick one to the trigger plate with a little peanut butter. And I put a few around near the trap because I figure it might help the little guys want to go into this contraption for a known food. I've only found it sprung and empty a few times. Check daily to avoid being accidentally cruel. If you want to trap animals larger than chipmonks, I don't think this trap is the best choice. That why I only give it only 4 stars - I disagree with the advertising.

It could be a good trap but company failed to include all the parts. The u rod was missing therefore making the trap useless.
