Ordered 2 chairs one of the pillows were missing and requested for them to send second pillow pillow was never sent

This chair looks like it belongs in a kids bedroom. It is very hard to sit on, however, I think a child would like the cover material as it is very soft. It looks ridiculous in my living room or bedroom. I don't know how to return it as the boxes were torn up before delivery. It barely made it to my porch. I do not recommend this chair.

The chair has very small back height and looks like it could be used for a large doll. Was told I am not able to return ?? so had to give away. A total waste of $$$ The back is a little higher than the throw pillow at approx. 11 inches high The actual picture at Walmart web site is deceiving Glides nicely and assembly was easy
