I LOVE this rocker. The addition of the lumbar pillow is perfect. Quality very good, and easy to put together. The cushions are deep and comfy. I'm 80 yrs old, and it's easy to get on and off it.

The chair is really nice looking and and the size is very good. I just couldn't keep it as it sits back to far and i felt as though i was going to fall backwards.

This chair required some assembly but went together well and is very sturdy and comfortable. I got two and they look great on our porch.

I love the rocker. Amazing for the price. So comfortable and great appearance. I couldn't be more pleased.

Bottom cousin to thin, needs to be at least 4 inches of hi density foam , other than that a great item.

No written instructions, just pictures. Some parts did not line up exactly, and threads did not fit all the screws. There was a tiny wrench that did not do anything.

Came missing rocker stop/ Afraid to rock with no control going over backwards. I'm 83 years old can't use

My issues are with the assembly of this chair. I had the chair almost put together. There was two pieces that the screw would not go in. I tried several times. It just wouldn't line up properly. I contacted the company. I went back and forth via email. I sent in pictures of the problem. They kept requesting more photos. This chair is assembled with the exception of the missing screws. I just hope it stays together. It look nice on my porch , but customer service was terrible trying to resolve my issues.

The last screws don't line up so it's impossible to put the chair together. I've been trying to finish it for months. . Pretty much a waste of time and money. Rubbish.
