Very cool design! You slide one up off the stand, sit it down on the counter, put your hot pan (shouldn't matter the size) on it and goes flat down. when you remove the pan ,it rises back up for you to put back on the stand. It looks like a wooden tree!
The coaster "tree" is adorable and the coasters function well. Since they are varnished wood, the coasters do allow the item set upon them to slide a bit. But for us the coasters look great, they are always handy, and they protect the surface under them.
I am very pleased with this purchase.Re
Cute trivet tree. You can turn have the trivets pointing down like the picture or turn them facing up and it looks more like a palm tree! Seems to be good quality. Happy with purchase.
I bought one for me and one for a gift. I love the uniqueness of the trivet and that it can be decorative when not being used.
So cute and functional
