Lysol Laundry Sanitizer Additive, Crisp Linen, 90 Fl Oz Pack of 2

Wonderful product that I use in every load of laundry to help keep germs at bay. Pleasant but not overpowering scent -a clean crisp smell. The product deserves 5 stars. The seller somehow only packed one bottle in box instead of the 2 bottles as advertised %26 as listed on shipping label on outside of box. I have notified seller of this error %26 I do expect this to be rectified quickly.

Love this product. 95% of my laundry is washed in cold water which does nothing to kill germs. Adding this is a simple way to neutralize that issue and feel like my clothes are not contributing to my various ailments. The fact that I didn't need to lug these up my stairs is a wonderful bonus.

I had to wait a long time for my order, but I love this product so I was willing. However, I was very unhappy with the shipping and handling. Although the shipper did quite rightly place the containers in a sealed plastic bag, one of them opened and made quite a mess in the bag while also wasting product. This could have been avoided had they placed ANY kind of packing material in the box. As it was, the box was badly ripped open with overall damage, so it had clearly been mishandled. However, the contents would have held up better had they been surrounded by shipping padding of some sort--bubble wrap or paper so as to prevent movement that obviously allowed the one container to open and spill. Clearly it was an issue with UPS handling, but had the shipper properly packaged the two containers it could have helped prevent spillage/wastage.
