oveall the item was great but I didn't have the item for long i received it then I lost it in a house fire so I didn't even get to play it my home caught on fire on 01/07/2026 I lost everything I owned

Please tell me what I need to do to return this.
This guitar is an excellent instrument for, either for kids or a person with small hands. My fingers are too big for the guitar and interfere with strings. I need a larger guitar. I would like to return the guitar.

A real electric guitar, not a toy! Worth the money!
What a fantastic product! Although it is intended for children older than my two-year-old, he thoroughly enjoys playing it! I particularly like the appearance of the guitar... it has real strings and a lovely color and finish. The amplifier is also fantastic! This was definitely worth the money! I would strongly recommend it to parents who, like me, dislike toy guitars with singing and music that plays automatically when you press buttons... I know my son is only two, but he is a wise two-year-old who will detect deception.

Grandson's guitar
This was given to my grandson for his seventh birthday. It's the ideal size for him, and he already likes it despite not having had any guitar lessons.

A perfect guitar for my girls
I bought this to teach my three daughters how to play the guitar, and they liked it. I believe this is the ideal guitar for a novice, and the amp performs admirably.

Came damaged
This item arrived damaged. I can't return it because it was a present for my granddaughter who lives in another state. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE MONEY I PAID!

Broken within 5 minutes of Unboxing
As a birthday present for my 6-year-old niece, I purchased this. I was given two. One original and one replacement when the first broke. When I inserted the jack for the amp, it immediately came apart. So I ordered a replacement, and the replacement experienced the same problem. Poor construction quality.

Missing Pieces/Broken
It didn't arrive with the cord to plug into the amp, and the volume knob was broken off when it was delivered. Fortunately, my husband was able to fix the knob, but there was no cord.
