Amazing product for the price!

A huge time saver for drum microphones! Several of them were purchased for the purpose of wiring up a large drum set. It is on a Voelker rack with two distinct snakes of microphone cables connecting to it. In addition to the Kat Rack module, I'm utilizing three sets of these connected to it. Instead of running and plugging in 12 microphone cables, I simply have to run and plug in 3 cat 6 cables.

It's hard to believe how good these are for the price. Although the XLR connectors are Neutrik or Switch craft, the whole construction quality is quite good. Com, DMX, and Mic/Line runs have all benefitted from their utilization. To use phantom power with a condenser microphone, you'll need a shielded ethernet cable.

Good product The build of these appeared to be rather sturdy right out of the box. There isn't as much heft to the connection on these cables as there is on my other cables, but they've held up okay thus far. As far as I could tell, the cable was just as sturdy as my other cables, if not more so, and it allowed for greater range of motion. The signal lag was a little longer than I would have liked, and that's my only gripe. This was a lengthy cable, which is probably the problem. So far we have only used them for one night, but we were pleased with them for the cost.

For the time being, I'm using my primary Pre-Amp signal to send the signal from the back of the church auditorium to the stage, where it will be played back to the congregation and used as monitor audio.

This is a wonderful alternative if you don't want to use 1 and 2 in stereo. Because they appear to be connected in a different phase, they practically cancel one other out when used in stereo pairs... They're fine, mono. Instead of utilizing inputs 1 and 2, I used inputs 2 and 3.

This is an excellent product. But my first was mismatched. To get my money back, I returned it and ordered a new pair. My first broadcast was delayed as a result.

These are perfect for running 150 feet of STP cat 5 cable to get audio from one side of a building to the other, using a cable that can be easily hidden.

The CAT6 jack, cables, and XLR plugs on this device are all of high quality, as is the sturdy extruded aluminum housing. Inside, you'll find a PCB and fantastic solder joints that keep the high quality going. This product is a no-brainer.
