It was very easy to connect my Shure SM58 mic to my iPhone with this cable. And I connected a headphone to it's other 3 mm pin , that way I could hear the music as well while recording on a karaoke app. I used a 3.5 mm to lightning adapter to connect to the iPhone.
I didn't have high hopes when I purchased this cable. I was pleasantly impressed by the unit's durability, nevertheless. My iPhone receives audio through a broadcast-quality microphone that sounds amazing over the wire. If I ever find myself in need again, I'd cheerfully make another purchase.
Superb quality. From the moment I put my hands on them, I could tell they were of superior quality. Then, amazingly, when I connected them, something wonderful occurred. There was a drastic change from a faint but annoying hum to complete absence of any interfering sounds. Please accept my gratitude for maintaining such high standards.
The product performs just as promised! Although I wish the wire connecting to the XLR connection looked a little more sturdy, I haven't had the adaptor for too long, so it should hold up just fine.
This is ideal for radio DJs who want to use their mobile phones for call-ins while broadcasting from home rather than spending a lot of money on Telos or other comparable pricey equipment.
My favorite. It performed admirably as a replacement for the Arturia Micro freaks gooseneck vocoder mic cable.
It is ineffective for dynamic microphones.
Does what it's meant to do—allows you to use a headset and an external (self-powered) microphone with your phone. I used it for lengthy Facetime phone conversations.
Powerful product However, I have no issues about this product. I'm happy that I was able to locate such a wonderful solution for such a reasonable price since it performs precisely what I need it to.
faulty right out of the package. I looked over all of my other wires and tried several phones. It is really upsetting to spend hours troubleshooting a brand-new chord.
