I had a hard time getting the double-sided tape to stick even after washing and drying the surface other than that it wasn't too bad. it does help keep the drafts out.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Overall a relatively easy to use product that works. Although it says the only tool you need is a hair dryer, you need scissors or some form of tool for cutting to size and trimming the edges. There is a noticeable difference in draftiness on the window that it was installed on. While it is a good temporary solution, it would get expensive quickly to put this or a similar product on multiple windows and have to do it each year.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. If you live in a colder climate, I definitely recommend this product. It's easy to install - just tape it on with the included tape and then use a hair dryer to fix it onto the window. You get enough for one large window or you can cut it down and use it for smaller windows. I needed a second person to help me install it, I think that made it much easier for me. I would also recommend stronger tape, such as duct tape, to hold the film down while you are shrinking it with the hairdryer.

all I can say is buyer beware! the sheeting was very thin and when installed would not shrink. the tape pulled away from window frame causing the sheeting to come off the window.

Do NOT buy this package. The window film is OK, but the double sided tape is poor quality, very thin and flimsy. We had great difficulty attaching the tape to the window frame accurately as it is so insubstantial, and it's almost impossible to remove the backing once you have finally placed the tape on the window frame. It also seemed ready to peel off at the drop of a hat, despite cleaning the window frame thoroughly, drying with paper towels and then leaving it for an hour to make sure it was really dry. I've had to order thicker tape that should be easier to place and peel.

I spent half of this plastic roll on one window, it is thin and rips way too easy. definitely less sturdy than other brands I've used.
