I highly recommend this heal cup. It keeps my ankle stable so it does not turn inward. I am so glad I finally found this. It is a fantastic buy.

Great heel cup
Surprised this heel cup is comfortable, despite being firm but flexible plastic. Works great and fit well. Can't feel my heel spur when using this cup. I wear a size 6 ladies shoe and I thought it fit ok but it should fit a bigger foot too. Will buy again. Price is right too.

Recommend Athletic Plastic Heel Protector Cup,
Due to the cushion support of this Athletic Plastic Heel Protector Cup, it made my heel feel better when walking. I wear this every day and it was very comfortable in my shoe. It does not dig into the back of my heel.
