I'm 44, and I can still read small text (most of the time, except just after waking up :)) , but I won't deny that having one of these makes reading easier. They look great, they fit fine, and got a second pair of them.
These are my hubby favorite reading glasses.
Good quality merchandise at a reasonable prince.
a pair usually ladt me a few months before one side or the other breaks off
these readers are consistently defective. they usually last only a month or two and typically break at the temple piece near the screw like so many other people have had
Earpiece broke at hinge area left side less than 60 days old.
Very blurry, both myself and my husband tried these and nothing good to say about them. Blurry, disappointed in this brand. Bring back the Foster Grants.
The only problem with these reading glasses is that the ear piece will break where the screw connects the ear piece to the hinge. I have had several pairs of the M Readers over the past year and they all break at the same place, usually within the first two months. I have also had one pair break where the lens connects to the frame. Other styles of this brand have the same problem. I would rather pay a few dollars more fore something that will last.
Not worth picking up off the ground. They were a nice looking set of glasses, but these broke 1st time within a few days of being bought. Super glued the arm back together and a week later the other side broke, more super glue, tonight my husband took them off and the curved piece that goes around the ear just broke off the arm in his hand. That was $10 wasted. I am amazed this company is still in business.
Decided to splurge a little an to buy quality reading glasses from Walmart instead of "everything for a dollar" store. So, I bought this pair for $10 on December 22. The glasses did not even make it to 2 months anniversary - broke on February 18. Considering that they had only occasional use couple of times a week, I think that the glasses are of inferior quality. Unfortunately, glasses also not marked with any label or brand, and it is impossible to contact manufacturer. My recommendation - buy 10 different (or the same) pairs from dollar store. They will last way longer than these one pair $10 glasses from Walmart. Disappointed.
