It does seem to be more scratch resistant than the very cheap reading glasses that come in packs of 4 or 5.

These are Great !! all that I use, and best size for my face, they have a nice spring at the hinge to protect them. I am a mechanic and believe me they are plenty tough. Tried the Foster Grant version of similar design from Costco they were way to small. Walmart is the best for reading Glasses. M is the best

These glasses are a life saver. I work on a computer 8 hrs a day. My vision has been getting weird with feeling like I was cross-eyed, blurry vision, hard time reading smaller font. I discovered I have eye strain. Getting these glasses the blue light filter was amazing compared to 2 other blue light glasses that were not prescription strength like these 1.25. I stopped getting headaches and able to look at the screen all day without blurry vusion and my eyes feeling fatigued. I am thinking about getting another pair as back up and to use when I am using my phone.

These glasses are solid, clear, and the optics are great. I even use them for driving to be able to see my gps, the radio, and the dashboard gauges. But I use them mostly for work since I an sitting at a computer all day and these glasses let me see everything in the screen perfectly. I highly recommend them.

I have a larger head and this type of readers never last because the hinges give out, but these are great. I have had my first pair for over a year. I bought a second pair for a backup.

I bought about 3 of these to keep replacing the one that keeps breaking. The arm falls off the hinge. Nice readers except they fall apart within a month. I just keep returning them and buy the same one again. Maybe the manufacturer can strengthen the hinge. Maybe glue?

M glasses at Walmart with the plastic ear piece they are junk I bought a pair an the ear piece broke after two days I taped it temporarily fix the same day it broke just down from the first place Yesterday for a new pair this morning pulled them out of case an same thing happened ear piece broke Walmart should stayed with foster grants

There not worth it dont waste ur money! Like the first review said the dollar tree reading glasses do so much better! Got a pair for bf an he said they didnt do nothin that the dollar tree 1.25 reading glasses was better.

I've bought 3 pairs of these glasses in as many weeks. They always break at the bridge. My Dollar tree glasses are better!
