Waste of money
From day one this spa would not stay inflated. The highest temperature it ever reached was 90 and it could not maintain it. Constant F1 errors, seemed the only thing working right on this thing was the filter. Finally after 2 months and only 3 uses the base of the remote control came undone exposing wires, only one of which remained connected. I had an electrician out who said it was not repairable and to see about the warranty. When I contacted customer service for MSPA they got back to me promptly to say that they did not have a purchaser named Sara anywhere in their recent history. No other info about the warranty or possible replacement part. Ultimately I spent $1000 to have three lukewarm outdoor baths and now it is garbage. Super unimpressed.
