One bad battery from the factory.
Ordered two 2-pack of the XC6.0 batteries for a total of 4 batteries. One battery had to be forced into the chargers (tried it in two different ones) and would not take a charge. Status lights flash red-green indicating a failed battery. There was no damage seen on the packaging or the battery body. It did insert in the the several tools fine and had enough charge to operate them properly. The other batteries functioned perfectly and I had no issue with them. Since replacement would require sending back the bad battery and one of the good ones (remember, this was a 2-pack). I will keep this battery until the charge runs out then dispose of properly. The problems with one of four batteries is the reason for the not so perfect ratings.

Counterfeit
These are counterfeit batteries. They do not quite fit the charger correctly by comparing to the other one, the color is quite different
