I think the strength is just right - not too overwhelming but powerful enough to eliminate other smells. Can't speak to how long it lasts. Overall very pleased!

It's size is perfect for carrying in my bag ideal for using before bed or whenever I need to relax and it is great for the whole family as it's mild scent makes it comfortable for everyone to inhale.

It has essential oils blend I love the ingredients. I would recommend this to anybody needing a nasal stick. Pretty easy to use you just stick it in your nostrils and breathe and you feel so much better.

It's just like having a scented oil diffuser at the ready any time you want. These are also designed well - they're small and will easily fit into a purse to carry anywhere you'd like.

The smell is really pleasant, but I am not sure about the effectiveness. It did not have much of any kind of effect which is why I rate it 3/5. Although I like the smell and it's nice, it didn't make me any calmer or sleepier so I think it's a bit of a placebo effect.

Compact, discrete, and easy to use. They have held up in my pocket over the last few weeks with everything else in my pockets. Everytime I use it, the scent is so powerful that everyone else in the room Can smell it too.

They can also help with sleep and headaches. They are easy to use. Just place the stick under your nose and inhale. For myself, they were a tad bit too strong and I was not able to use too much.
