Overall, I am fairly happy with these kids mesh gym shorts. They are exactly what I would expect – a thin fabric with holes in it. There are 2 layers so the holes aren’t exactly lined up with each other, which allows for a little coverage from seeing right through the shorts. However, my kids still wear solid black underwear with their mesh shorts. I do think these run really small, which is a downside if you’re hoping for similar sizing based on what you buy from other brands. My youngest son wears a small or medium in shorts, and I got these in an XL and they fit him fine. The length is good and the waist isn’t too tight, and not baggy either. There are no pockets, but that is fine with me because I got them for sports and don’t want him putting things in his pocket during the games anyway – but that’s something to be aware of if you’re wanting pockets. After washing these shorts, they seem to be a little bit softer than when we first received the shorts, but the fabric isn’t going to allow them to be soft like a cotton. I would definitely recommend these shorts if you need a solid black mesh short for your child!

I got these for my son who lives in basketball shorts and he said these are the most comfortable pair he owns. They are very breathable and fit just perfectly at the knees.

Got these for my nephew & he loves them.. Item is of really good quality, arrived a lot faster than I was expecting, arrived packed very well & completely as described.. I would buy again & would recommend to friends, family or associates..

Fit good. I had to have my little one put a pair of shorts underneath since see through. Perfect for his soccer game.

These shorts are your basic basketball shorts, exactly what you would expect. These shorts just have another layer of the outer mesh for the lining so it isn't technically solid and any point but they aren't super easy to see through either. I have a feeling they run small, because for some reason beyond me, I ordered an XL. My son normally wears a M and they fit him just fine, even though he is quite slender. No pockets. Good length.

These shorts are on the small side. My child stated they weren't that comfortable either. I could be because of the sizing. My child stated it was itchy. I think I would probably make another choice if I was looking for these type of shorts.

I initially ordered these shorts for my eldest grandson who is 9 and on the husky side, unfortunately the 2x husky is extremely small. On the bright side it fits my 5 year old grandson.

Not true to size at all. Will be returning them.

These shorts are see through and even white underwear won't work as you can see through the skin below. These shorts are missing a lining and can't be worn unless you wear short briefs that defeat the purpose of shorts! Seller has no return option and I am now stuck with 3 shorts that can't be worn even once as no kid wants to walk around with their underwear exposed.
