I I would recommend this shirt, but the thing is I got a 4X cause I just like big shirts, but this one's fit a little snug so for a 4X maybe you should get if you like if you use a 4X it'd be better if you get a five to six X

my man is a 3x normally but the 4x fit him snug and the strangest thing was the collar it was like someone sew stretchy pants on the collar and made him look like he was wearing a turtle neck shirt this brand is definitely for skinny tall thin people
