MABIS Digital Thermometer, Oral, Underarm Temperature Thermometer, 60 Seconds Readings

This thermometer is great. It's response time to show the temperature is fast. I also love how it shows in colors the level of your temperature. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Needed to replace an old thermometer...wanted to have on on hand just in case. Local drug stores were "out" so I was happy to find this one at a good price. Nice to have delivery instead of making a trip "out" during the "stay at home" policy.

Works well, great price, received it quickly, unlike another company I had placed the same order and still haven't received. During these unforeseen times, I really needed to have this thermometer.

Shipping time was long but when arrived I was very pleased with the thermometer. Ordered two of them. Price was a little high but since they arrived whole and work I'm just glad to have them.

It takes about 30 seconds to take a reading, there is no signal that the reading is complete so you either need to time the test or look (in a mirror) to see when the numbers are stabilized. It is accurate enough though, I tested it against a few known temperatures within the range and it's not far off. Should be used more for change in temperature than absolute measurement. Easy to clean, do not get wet, immersed.

Thermometer box was not sealed. Battery was activated - don't they usually have a little plastic piece to pull out to activate the battery? Not there. Three stars for being a thermometer, and one that was available during this time when it is difficult to get certain supplies! Seems to work.

We ordered this thermometer on-line. When it arrived, we tried it and it worked. Then--- when we needed to actually use it a few weeks later---- it was dead. Do not waste your money on it!

In my experience, these inexpensive digital thermometers do not last very long. This brand/model was the worst that I've ever bought. It failed after less than a couple of dozen uses. I tend to have better luck with the Omron models, but none of the real cheap ones last a long time. I bought this one for $3.75 tax, so certainly do not pay the current inflated price.
