It did work. It was much louder than I expected. I can't say too much about sound quality, because to be honest, I can't distinguish between good and bad quality systems, but for outdoor applications, the sound is definitely loud enough. But taking it outside is praised as a professional audio device.

This is a great small stereo amplifier. It is well constructed, durable and looks of high quality. In different types of program materials, the hearing test of high-quality speakers and passive subwoofer is as good for me as my ordinary home high fidelity sound. It's subjective, but to be honest, I can't see the difference, so it sounds great.

I like how portable this is and how for a extra few cents you can get this with a power supply included. Its extremely small and it you could hook it up to speakers around your home or drivers lying around and other things you might have for it. This device is a very inexpensive and compact basic audio amplifier. It has plenty of power for my needs and the sound is sufficient decent for my use since I'm not looking for concert quality of performance. A good buy for my money.
