Have not had to use and hopefully will never use. According to research, this is supposed to be the best.

Used/Left over product?
The package my product came in was already opened, and I don't mean the shipping envelope it was in. The item looks new, but I'm not confident it hasn't already been used. Plus, it has a small dent. I work security, so I need something I can be confident will work when I need it -- I can't do this with the current item. I tried to contact the seller through the Walmart site but was unable to send my question about this to them (This could be a Wal-Mart site issue.) Also, I received this in 08/2023, and the product expires in 12/2024. Not sure how this compares with other product brands.
