I loved how quickly it was able to be assembled. I did struggle a little bit. Understanding the instructions, but I literally, I'm a grazer. So if you actually sit there and take the time to read the instructions correctly, you'll probably get it on the money. Other than that, we are so pleased.And my kids have been so excited

My husband and I are very happy with this purchase. Good quality. The kids love it- age 12yrs and 9yrs.

It's the size we wanted, and delivery was speedy and great. Takes at least 2 to assemble, and need to follow instructions closely. Nice little trampoline, did not like that did not include ladder, and some of the metal framing did not align properly. Had to be tweaked. Overall happy with the trampoline though. It has a higher weight limit than other trampolines this size and that is what we were looking for.

The estimated date of delivery when we purchased this was for 7 days, but it arrived in 3 days. The box was a bit hard to move to the backyard by myself as it was very heavy and there was nothing to grab onto. The instructions to put it together are laid out a bit confusing. If you get the 10 foot, the setup looks different than the picture, but you know it's correct from following the written directions. They give you 4 strings to tie the net to the trampoline and you need to weave those through the net and the hooks on the bottom. I wasn't able to get the amount of string to reach the entire circumference of the trampoline, so the portion by the entrance zipper is not 100% attached by being sewn to the bottom. The weight limit says 330lbs online and 500lbs in the directions. It's more like 300lbs because I weigh a little less then that and I did not feel completely safe while I was on the trampoline to sew the net on. My kids are little though, so their weight did not pose any issues. Overall, I am happy with this purchase as it seems well made and my kids are in love with it. I hope it does hold up over the years so we can get a lot of enjoyment out of it.

the trampoline itself is just fine but the spring pad ties are not well made, they keep slipping or breaking. the net hooks (connecting the bottom of the net to the trampoline) are completely useless. A small breeze or bump by a jumper breaks the hooks. Within a week at least half of them were already broken

We are missing the caps so we cannot finish installing. Not sure whether to contact Walmart or upper bounce.

I ordered this product late on the 17th with a 2 day delivery time frame. Shipped on the 18th with tracking. 21st rolled around no trampoline. Contacted customer service and was told a replacement would be sent out with a personal guarantee to arrive the 24th. Well guess what? 24th came and still No trampoline!!! I’m livid at that point and contact CS once more only to be told that the replacement that was said to have been ordered was never in fact ordered at all!
