My sleep must have
These ear plugs are my favorite and must for me to sleep. I need quiet to sleep as I am a very light sleeper. These help with most sounds but an extremely loud snorer isn't one of them. It does cut it quite a bit though. They silence the clocks, humidifier and furnace/AC sounds.

Peaceful sleep
As someone who has problems with insomnia I added earplugs to my sleep routine a few years ago. This size works wonderfully and they stay in all night. Thank you!
